Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch all orders taken before 13:00/1pm on the same day. Delivery transit time depends on geographical area, but we aim to deliver within 3-5 working days.
- Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order.
- All deliveries must be signed for.
- All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability.
- The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered.
- Delivery is next working day subject to availability on the island of Ireland only. However, delivery may take up to five working days.
- We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
- Delivery will be between the hours of the selected courier; this is typically between 7am and 6pm; we are unable to confirm a time.
- Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, 4x4 Spares New & Used Parts Limited t/a North South 4x4 shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
Delivery Costs To The Republic Of Ireland
When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.
- 12 for first 2 items with each additional item costing €3. Except body panels (bumpers, bonnets, wings/fenders etc.) which are €20 each (these are marked as large item when ordering).
- Free delivery on orders over €249.99 (excluding VAT & excluding large bulky delivery items).
- Prices indicated for shipping are for the island of Ireland only. Mainland UK and overseas areas may incur a surcharge.
4x4 Spares New & Used Parts Limited t/a North South 4x4 will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.
Important Notice Regarding Glass Products
Please note that we strongly advise all glass products be collected in person. If delivery is required, it is the responsibility of the customer to arrange transport, however if you agree to us shipping you will automatically adhere to our T&C's. While we take every precaution to pack and protect glass items thoroughly - including video documentation of the packaging process for verification - we cannot accept liability for any damage that may occur during transit.
Due to the fragile nature of glass, and the fact that many courier and delivery companies do not insure or cover breakages of such items, all risk passes to the customer once the product leaves our premises.
Returns
We do not accept returns which have not been authorised by our returns department without a fully completed RMA form. Prior agreement must be secured via email before we accept a return. Do not send a return without contacting us first. If you send a return without prior authorisation there is no obligation for us to offer you a refund, replacement or reimbursement. Goods must be checked for suitability and tolerance prior to fitting or preparation. No responsibility whatsoever is accepted for the purchase or fitment of incorrect parts. The responsibility is clearly with the purchaser/fitter to ensure the parts supplied are correct for the particular job/vehicle.
4x4 Spares New & Used Parts Limited t/a North South 4x4 will only accept a return product that has been wrongly supplied/delivered after being advised within a strict 14 day period, after which the customer shall retain all goods unless otherwise prior arrangement are made to 4x4 Spares New & Used Parts Limited t/a North South 4x4 to the contrary.
- We do not offer returns on electrical items. Goods should be returned unused, undamaged, and intact with their original box, completely packaged its original condition with all materials and accessories intact.
- Warranty: To be eligible for warranty coverage, the part must be fitted by a certified professional mechanic. Proof of fitment, including the mechanic's certification, must be submitted us within 30 days of the part's purchase date. Please send supporting documentation to us via email returns@ns4x4.ie
- Professional Installation: The part must be installed by a professional mechanic in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and industry standards. Installation by an uncertified individual will void the warranty.
- Proof of Fitment: Customers must provide proof of fitment, which includes a detailed invoice from the certified mechanic specifying the installation date, the mechanic's credentials, and any other relevant details.
- Submission Deadline: Proof of fitment must be submitted to us within 30 days of the original purchase date. Failure to submit the required documentation within this timeframe will result in the warranty being voided.
- Warranty Claims: In the event of a warranty claim, customers must contact us immediately. The warranty claim must include the original proof of purchase, proof of fitment, and a detailed description of the issue.
- Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, accidents, or any modifications not approved by the manufacturer. Normal wear and tear are also excluded from warranty coverage.
- Warranty Process: Upon receipt of a valid warranty claim, we will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part. If the part is no longer available, we may provide an equivalent replacement or a refund.
- Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the car part.
- Limitation of Liability: We shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the warranted part.
- How to Return your Goods: Returns can be dropped to our head office by prior agreement during business hours. However, our preferred method of return is via post or package carrier. Return postage costs are the responsibility of our customer. If you need assistance, please contact us and we'll recommend the most cost-effective way to send your return to us.
- Please Note: We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage of returning Goods during transit
How to Submit a Return

- You must provide a paper/physical copy of this completed form and ensure it is stapled or taped to the packaging of your part.
Unwanted/In-Correctly Ordered Goods From Our Website
If you as a consumer decide that you do not want any item which was bought on the Website and we have delivered, then provided that it is returned to us in its original and unused condition, not fitted in anyway and dispatched within 14 days of delivery unless otherwise agreed prior with 4x4 Spares New & Used Parts Limited t/a North South 4x4 we will exchange it or offer a refund for the product.
- The consumer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
- A re-stock charge of 15% minimum may be applied subject 4x4 Spares New & Used Parts Limited t/a North South 4x4 discretion for diminished value.
- No refund or return will be accepted on "specially ordered" parts that are a part ordered by 4x4 Spares New & Used Parts Limited t/a North South 4x4 on behalf of the customer. These are not stocked items and therefore will not be accepted for a return or refund. Any goods listed as "stocked to order" will also NOT be eligible for any refunds, even if wanting to be returned before the 14 days, "Stocked to order" means specifically ordered for your purchase and therefore non-returnable.
- No refund or return will be accepted on "Electrical or VOR item" that are supplied correctly by 4x4 Spares New & Used Parts Limited t/a North South 4x4. Click here for a model cancelation form.
- The customer is held responsible for the return of the goods 4x4 Spares New & Used Parts Limited t/a North South 4x4 unless prior arrangements are made with 4x4 Spares New & Used Parts Limited t/a North South 4x4.
- Refunds will only be given once the goods have been returned in good order and in original packaging. Please take reasonable care of the Goods as we are entitled to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any loss in value of the goods supplied to you, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling of the goods by you.
The customer must provide adequate paperwork details received with the initial order, such as invoice number or Customer number in order for us to proceed with any claims. It is the responsibility of the customer and not 4x4 Spares New & Used Parts Limited t/a North South 4x4 to source and provide these details prior to any claims.
- The goods should be returned with their original box, complete packing and accessories.
- If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a replacement provided we are aware of this within 3 working days.
- We will normally refund any money due to you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. This may take your bank approximately 3-5 working days from the date the refund is processed by us.
